Delete Account - Yard Hustle

We respect your right to control your data. If you'd like to delete your Yard Hustle account, you have two options:

Option 1: Delete Through the App

Open the Yard Hustle app, go to Settings, and select Delete Account. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm. This is the fastest way to delete your account.

Option 2: Email Us

Send an email to support@yardhustleapp.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your account. We'll process your request within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

Your profile information (name, email, phone)
Your job history and booking records
Your payment method references (actual card data is stored by Stripe and removed separately)
Any child/Hustler accounts linked to your parent account
Your preferences and settings

What May Be Retained

In some cases, we may retain limited data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

Transaction records (for tax and accounting compliance)
Safety-related records (as required for child protection)
Data necessary for legal obligations or dispute resolution

Parent/Guardian Accounts

If you are a Parent/Guardian, deleting your account will also delete all Yard Hustler (child) accounts linked to it. Please ensure your child is aware before proceeding.
