Payments are processed securely through Stripe. When a customer books a job, payment is authorized and held until the job is completed. Once the customer confirms completion, funds are released to the Hustler's account. No cash changes hands.

How do I get started?

Download the app from the App Store or Google Play. Parents sign up first, then add their Yard Hustler. Customers can sign up and start booking jobs right away. The whole process takes about 2 minutes.

How do I set up payouts for a Yard Hustler?

When a Hustler is ready to get paid, a parent or guardian starts secure payout setup in the app. That opens Stripe’s hosted onboarding. You’ll enter identity details (including date of birth), a full mailing address, the last four digits of a Social Security number, connect a bank account for deposits, and accept Stripe’s terms. Finish every screen in one session when you can—if you stop partway, Stripe may list items as required or past due until you complete them. You can restart payout setup from the app anytime to open a fresh link.

Why does Stripe still ask for information after I started onboarding?

That usually means onboarding wasn’t finished, the link expired, or Stripe needs you to confirm something. Open payout setup again from the app and complete each step. Add a complete street address, city, state, and ZIP to the parent profile in Yard Hustle so we can prefill what Stripe allows—that saves typing, but Stripe will still need you to confirm identity, bank details, and terms in their flow.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion directly through the app in your Settings, or visit our Delete Account page on this website. All account data will be removed within 30 days of your request.
